Extensions/Payment Plans

Extensions/Payment Plan- an Extension is a 30-day period to pay your citation. To request an extension, you may submit a plea of guilty or nolo contendere (no contest), a copy of your Driver’s License, and a good mailing address in person or by mail:

To request a payment plan or community service, you must appear before the judge by your given court date.

Juveniles (ages 10-16) must appear with a parent or legal guardian for a court hearing.
